Public bug reported:
The problem does not happen on same PC different partitions running
Xenial-GNOME or Wily or Trusty.
I opened a ticket on VLC https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/16364 but was
closed as nonvlc.
In the attached screenshot I moved the window of Screenhot leaving the funny
trace You can see.
