You chose to install grub to /dev/sdc1, which is your Windows partition.
You can not do that. You either need to install it to your linux
partition ( and set up the windows boot loader to chain load that
partition ) or install to the whole drive instead of any partition ( and
make sure your bios is set to boot from that drive ).
