Public bug reported:

The bug report

 https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12407

describes a repeatable bug by which clicking on the menu bar of a KDE
app will, in certain circumstances, cause the entire XFCE4 session to
freeze with the only option to kill the X session, losing unsaved work.

The maintainer responded that the bug has been fixed in the commit

 http://git.xfce.org/xfce/xfwm4/commit/?id=71d37e11

from 18 May 2015. However that commit has not made it into the Ubuntu
15.10 or 16.04 package.

Can the packages be brought up-to-date with respect to this important
bugfix?

** Affects: xfwm4 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
