I think there may be a regression on this issue: I just got this same exact behavior (asking for a cryptswap passphrase during boot) on a brand new Ubuntu 15.10 system76 laptop with updates applied. I've contacted System76 support to let them know.
I'm also having some problems with LXC that may be related to this problem, but I haven't figured that out yet. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1447282 Title: Does not use encrypted swap when using GPT partitioning + encrypted home directory (ecryptfs) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ecryptfs/+bug/1447282/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
