Public bug reported:
The "zfsutils-linux" package has "Replaces: zfs" and "Conflicts: zfs"
but not "Provides: zfs" making it impossible to install packages that
depend on zfs like simplesnap for example.
Tested on an updated Xenial system with zfsutils-linux 0.6.5.3-0ubuntu5
