* Make camera app icon consistent with the one actually used by the camera
app (LP:1482068).

* Substitute in the fallback image file name for album category
renderer templates in the My Music scope, and set the fallback image
in previews.

* Do not attempt to aggregate grooveshark scope (which doesn't exist
anymore).
* Re-created pot file. (LP: #1472236)
