Test Case:
1. Make sure the camera app is not already running
2. Open system settings / background
3. Select 'Custom Art' / Add an image
4. Select 'Camera'
5. Take a picture and add it as background
6. Execute steps 3 to 5 again

Expected Result
The 2 images are available in the custom backgrounds and the last one is set as 
background

Actual Result
The second time the user tries to add an image, the transfer dialog of the 
content hub is displayed and a new photo cannot be shot with the camera
