It can't be fixed. Windows is in a mess which can be fixed only by itself. Mounting the drive is intentionally denied because it would be highly unsafe and could result full data loss. What I think nobody would like to happen.
Workaround can be the usage of the 'force' mount option which, as I mentioned above, could result major data loss. Getting the full NTFS specification from Microsoft or reverse engineering more NTFS may also help but nobody is working on these.
