Installing Xubuntu 16.04 over two hard drives. Installer crashed after
drive partitioning (starting the Time Zone screen.) Installing from a
previously stable flash drive. Used dd to write the iso onto the disk
(SanDisk Cruzer 4gb).
EDIT: Hard disk stability may/may not be involved.
