is the ntfs partition mounted prior to trackerd starting?
if not tracker will not pick it up (IE it must be in your mtab/fstab
file and correctly mounted at boot)
you can test this by opening a terminal (ctrl+alt+F1) prior to logging
in via gdm and seeing if that path is mounted

0.6.3 is now in gutsy repo btw)
