My current hypothesis is that is the same underlying issue as bug
1513917, so perhaps can you try the following instructions to see if
this fixing the issue:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:colin-king/zfs-wily-lp1513917
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install zfs-dkms zfsutils-linux
..and let me know if this resolves the issue for you
