Public bug reported:
Irda-Utils are installed. After the configuration with the tool
everything works fine, FIR ist setted up as irda0. When I restart the
system, nothing works, even aufter rereconfiguration. I read something
about BIOS doesn't define resources by toshiba and HP, ISA bridge,
serial and parallel ports disturbing the communication but none of the
manuals and wikis were usefull. Very frustrating...
