Thanks for your report! Your internet connection seems to time out on
the SourceForge servers, which might not be related to the mstcorefonts
package as such. Can you download - for example - the file
http://surfnet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/andale32.exe
manually (through Firefox, wget or so)?
