Note: there is no need to add a new button: the Nokia N9 had a very
simple UI for connecting to the internet, which we could refer to:

of course, in our case we could have it all in the same menu, without the need 
of opening a separate page. But the point is that the Cellular connections 
should be listed along with the WiFi access points (on the top of the list) and 
the user would simply toggle between "internet on" and "internet off".
More options (such as "switch to a Wifi connection whenever available") could 
be implemented in the system settings.
