Not my intention to just do a +1 here, but I'd love to have PHP 7 in Ubuntu 16.04. Sure, Ondřejs PPA would work, but as mentioned earlier - I think it would disappoint many users if PHP 7 didn't make it into 16.04. I really hope you make it!
