From the Security And Privacy spec [1]:
“Whenever you download a certificate, private key, or PAC file,
regardless of app, a certificate preview dialog should appear in front
of that app, including “Cancel” and “Install” buttons. If you choose
“Install”, the certificate/key/file should be stored for future use.
