There are errors in the apacheds service.
The ones that I found were that
* ExecStart cannot start with a ${} value, but must be a fixed value, so
changing it to ExecStart=/usr/bin/java works
* java.io.IOException: ERR_112_COULD_NOT_CREATE_DIRECORY Could not create
directory $ADS_HOME/instances/default/partitions - even though the directory
already exists as /usr/share/apacheds/instances/default/partitions/
