I understand. I have followed your instructions which include deleting the contents of /var/crash before reproducing the crash, then calling sudo ubuntu-bug /var/crash/_my_crash_report.crash but there are of course no files there as I haven't been able to trigger the bug. 2 questions: 1) Given I cannot trigger the bug in a reproducible way - it happens 'randomly' - shall I use the files that were originally in /var/crash before I followed your instructions (see my previous posting with the list of those files). Something along the lines of: sudo ubuntu-bug /var/crash/_usr_bin_Xorg.0.crash 2) Do I tag the crash reports with 'Bug 1531029' ? If so, how?
