i've sended an email to dmitry and linux-input. i've also tried GhostBSD on live, the problem occurs but only a time, for example, i do ALT-TAB, after a while, the menu disappear, but other time i use alt-tab, or other shortcuts with CTRL, ALT or MAIUSC, seems works fine. this is an output of xev on GhostBSD http://pastebin.com/yxZduwXX as you can see the problem occurs, but only a time, and you don't have to press MAIUSC to solve the problem.
