Same bug on Ubuntu 15.10, i attached a screenshot too. In my case i also previouly edited successfuly the connection after fresh install, i can´t figure when was introduced.
The error appears when click "Edit" button on editor screen with mobile connection selected. Tried Frank´s proposed solution with no success.
