This is not a valid bug against the 'mecab' package. It is also not
valid here on Launchpad because 'mysql-community-server' is from the
MySQL.com repository for MySQL, and is third-party packaging not in
Ubuntu.
I am marking this as "Invalid" as such, for both reasons.
