I tried to use FAM to monitor file changes on NFSv4 shares across multiple
hosts. However, FAM does not recognize the mounted NFSv4 share as mounted
network share.
I could make this work for me by applying the attached patch.
I'm not really sure where the MNTTYPE_NFS2 and MNTTYPE_NFS3 defs come from,
anyways. I assume it's deprecated and now dead code?? I don't know if my patch
is too dirty and it also just covers 'nfs4'...
