Public bug reported: I'm having a slight nuisance after the OTA-9 update. Here's how to reproduce: 1. go to apps scope 2. search for something that will produce 1-2 result(s) 3. press the back button to get back to apps scope 4. scroll down through the app list 5. pull and release to refresh 6. scroll down through the app list again
