MY OS is Ubuntu 14.04LTS and I have a HP Pavilion dv6500. Everytime I
launch System Testing, it breaks after a hour of use (I cannot precise
in which test it breaks), it restarts my pc and when I relaunch it, it
asks me if I want to continue with the last test that remained
unfinished. I click Yes but the program stays unresponsive for hours,
until I finally quit it. Then, when I open it again, it welcomes me, but
it stays stuck with a white window and the OK button (incomplete Suite
Selection). Doesn't work either.
Any suggestions?
There are some things in my pc that aren't working, like audio and
recording, as well DVD reproduction, and I thought that testing the
system might solve it since it as a connection with software updater and
launchpad (I guess). But it isn't working!!!
