after update to kernel 4.2.0-27 (ubuntu 14.04) and libnl* (and other)
network is completely down (ifconfig report only "lo")
this is a (multiple) row of kernel log

NetworkManager[400000+10d000]
these are the libraries involved in update
libnl-genl-3-200 (3.2.21-1, 3.2.21-1ubuntu1)
libnl-3-200 (3.2.21-1, 3.2.21-1ubuntu1)
libnl-route-3-200 (3.2.21-1, 3.2.21-1ubuntu1)
the network works starting in "recovery mode"
Also starting with the daily ISO network is down!
