Alt-something keyboard inputs (like "Alt+l" for the "Cell" part) that
should open menu bars, do not act; unless the cursor is put (by going to
the top of the current page and pressing up-arrow) into the top menus.
using current wily (15.04.0 wxMaxima / 3.0.2 wxWidgets) version at
Xubuntu 15.10;
