virt-manager (specifically virt-install) need upstream commit or it won't work 
on ppc64el

---Steps to Reproduce---
 virt-install won't work complaining of vmport featurem issing on qemu binary. 
To solve this, the following upstream virt-manager commit need to be applied:

5e68b0fc3d guest: Don't try to set vmport on non-x86, it isn't supported (bz 
1259998)
 
Userspace tool common name: virt-manager 
 
The userspace tool has the following bit modes: 64-bit 

Userspace rpm: virt-manager

Userspace tool obtained from project website:  na
