libvirt-bin is 1.2.16-2ubuntu11
      qemu is 1:2.3+dfsg-5ubuntu9.1

      However, this has happened the last 3 or so times libvirt has been 
updated.  I just didn't associate it with restarting of libvirt until this 
round.

      And it may be all the machines are rebooting except only some are getting
left in not running state even though they are marked to start on boot.  I'm
hesistant to try restarting it again and anger customers further.
