Use 'git://git.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-
kernel/ubuntu/+source/linux/+git/xenial master'. Cherry-pick the
appropriate patches along with their prerequisites using the '-x' option
so that I know from which upstream commit the patch originates. You can
create a git repository on your Launchpad account if you have no other
public means, then send a pull request (which is more efficient for me
then attaching the patches).
