Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 15.10, cinnamon 2.6.13-1ubuntu2, alacarte 3.11.91-2. Using the
Menu Editor applet (right-click menu icon > Configure > Open the Menu
Editor), I've tried creating a new menu entry under "Accessories", but
the menu does not show up. The first of two selections of the new menu
does show up.
