@miroslav, from the screenshot it seems that the access to the camera sensor has been denied to the camera app.
If it is still a problem for you can you: - Close the camera app if it is open - open system-settings - go to security and privacy - tap on Apps permissions - tap on camera - enable camera app in the list of authorized applications. - close system settings and try to launch the camera app again Tell us if it fixes your problem.
