set completion-ignore-case on
touch /tmp/FOOBAR
Which means this would work:
touch /tmp/foo[TAB] -> cd /tmp/FOOBAR
But it will not work with scp.
actual happens:
scp /tmp/fooba[TAB] -> doesn't complete
expected:
scp /tmp/fooba[TAB] -> scp /tmp/FOOBAR
