For python-googleapi:
- Needs a team bug subscriber
- Looks like it has tests that aren't being run. Any way we could enable those?
- We still ship an apiclient module, causing bug 1318660. Can we stop shipping
that these days?
Looks like we need a MIR for python-uritemplate too... Will add a task
here.
