This points to your system having a resource problem at the time of the
upgrade. Unfortunately it's impossible to know from here what caused
the resource problem at the time. It doesn't appear that there were any
specific, resolvable errors in the handling of the resource problem by
the upgrader. I am therefore closing this bug as invalid.
