This may take some work to untangle.

First, this looks highly unusual and may be some cause of problems:
udev             8191016   8191016         0 100% /dev

Second, python2.7 and python3 are not interchangeable. (The Python
developers would have done everyone a service if they had chosen to
rename the language instead of changing a version number. It's probably
too late now but I propose "Boa".) The programs that require python3
genuinely require python3, and the programs that require python2.7
genuinely require python2.7.

Use the AptOrdering.txt file here or your terminal scrollback to figure
out which packages to put back. It might take a lot of tries and re-
tries to get them all put back.
