Public bug reported: Ubuntu 15.04 r248
1. Navigate to System Settings > “Bluetooth”. 2. If necessary, move to where a previously-unused Bluetooth device is detected. 3. Tap the list item for that device. 4. If bug 1489505 is not fixed yet, tap “Connect”. What happens: The device immediately moves to the “Connected devices:” list. What should happen: The device stays in the “Connect a device:”/“Connect another device:” list until pairing is complete. <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bluetooth#Pairing_manually>: “If pairing is successful, the ‘Bluetooth’ screen should scroll to the top, so that you can see the device’s list item slide up to join the ‘Connected devices:’ list.” ** Affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1542368 Title: Device joins “Connected devices:” list before connection finishes To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-system-settings/+bug/1542368/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
