Public bug reported:
In order to remove PHP5 from the archive, a set of build-dependency
loops need to be bootstrapped. phpab build-depends on phpunit, which in
turn build-depends on phpab. Since phpab also build-depends on other php
tools, that currently pull in the PHP5-versions, we cannot resolve the
cycle without breaking the cycle.
