** Description changed: hi! - - Exuse if this bug is not adressed correctly, having searched awhile & - cannot figure out where it belongs to - with ur expertise of the - internal structure and knowing that the actual work should only be a - fingersnip - it might as well be a bug. Regards: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu #Announcements -> http://feeds.launchpad.net/ubuntu/announcements.atom ======== Attachment: screencopy, for visual impression. What is exspected? ================== To find a link/links to the most recent releases of Ubuntu (14.04LTS, 12.04 LTS, 15.10, 15.04), in order to find easy access to their release- notes (RN). What is current situtation? =========================== The currently displayed version are all EOL (with one exeption 12.04 LTS) see also [https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases] The worst is that 14.04 LTS is missing! This really puts a bad image on Ubuntu. What to do resolve the matter? ============================== Don't know really how (shrugg) - write a bug-report (DONE) - - check if it's an automated service + - check if it's an automated service (not so) - unique chance to check if the changed release cycle (9 month vs. 5 years of support) should be taken in account to place LTS in the top rows OR emphasize LTS Timeline for fix ================ Would be nice to have this fixed until the RC of 16.04 LTS, the earlier the better. Or before 15.04 reaches EOL "End-of-Lifecycle" in January 2016. Just don't loose it from eyesight ;-) If U don't feel like the right adressee feel free to pass it on to a project/person with higher knownledge. cheers
