Public bug reported:
This happens when using Ubuntu 15.10 or Ubuntu 15.04 on a HP Elitebook
6930P. It does not happen when using Ubuntu 14.04
There's a small white bar in the top left of the screen. It's there all
the time, no matter what program I'm running. It's not a couple of dead
pixels, as it disappears when using a TTY. Also, when switching
workspace, it disappears for a second and then re-appears.
I can't make a video of it because for some reason, it doesn't get
recorded when using recordmydesktop.
It's pretty annoying because when trying to close a window, I move my
cursor to the top left. Usually, the close button appears, but now, the
white bar is in the way and the close button does not appear until I
move the cursor a bit downwards.
