Public bug reported:

Hi

I got this error after an update to Flash Player for Chrome (Pepper).
After I log in to vCenter 6.0, I see symbols instead of the normal
characters. Attached is a screenshot with the problem.

This bug was fixed by upstream freshplayer plugin:
https://github.com/i-rinat/freshplayerplugin/issues/296

The only workaround is to use an old Flash version, but that's a
security problem.
