Public bug reported: If the default behavior is left in place, IPv6 autoconfiguration and accept_ra settings allow Neutron tenant routes to be installed onto compute node qbr- bridge interfaces. This results in extraneous default routes on the compute node pointing to the Neutron routers.
To fix this issue, a patch is needed to turn off IPv6 by default on unconfigured ports, and to set accept_ra and ipv6 autoconfiguration to be off by default. When interfaces are configured for use with IPv6, those interfaces can have IPv6 enabled explicitly.
