Added the ppa to install gnome-software. https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-
desktop/+archive/ubuntu/gnome-software
Installing this in Xubuntu causes the removal of system-config-printer.
Reinstallation of printer config requires removal of packagekit and
packagekit-tools.
