The hwmcaapi code needs to be redistributed with Ubuntu 16.04 in support of the
snIPL functionality.
After all contractual acitivities it can be downloaded from
www.ibm.com/servers/resourcelink/
This as a head-up only ahead of Feature Freeze... !
