Running Ubuntu Mate 16.04a2 on a PowerBook5,8 (15" G4, 2 GB RAM and ATI
Radeon 9700 128 MB RAM) with latest updates.
VLC (media player 2.2.2 Weatherwax (revision 2.2.2-0-g6259d80)) does not
display video encoded with mpeg-2, only audio. The videos are not css-
encrypted.
Other formats like mpeg4, h.264 or h.265 work well with VLC!
DVD playback with VLC failed too.
