mysql-server-5.6 5.6.28-0ubuntu0.15.10.1
Enabled TCP connects by changing bind-address from 127.0.0.1 to 0.0.0.0 but can
not authenticate from other hosts even
with user@% or user@%.domain in grant tables
Same grant tables worked with 5.6 on a CentOS platform from which the database
was migrated.
nmap shows the host listening to 3306 from another host. netstat -nlp shows it
listing to 0.0.0.0:3306
