Public bug reported:

testing silo 52 (messaging-app) on latest rc-proposed

Steps to repro:
- open messaging-app
- create message
- press + button and select video
- choose camera app

Expected results:
camera app is launched with viewfinder active

Actual results:
camera app is launched with black viewfinder. Note: switching to front camera
or swiping app away and back will make the viewfinder appear correctly. Also,
you can still record the video even though the viewfinder is black.
