- The current version of libpython for trustee is 3.4.0.
+ The current version of libpython for Ubuntu 14.04 is 3.4.0.
That means that libreoffice will not build on ubuntu 14.0.4.3. (because
Libreoffice requires python3-uno, which in turns requires libpython3.4
(>= 3.4.2).
The dependency chain is this:
> sudo apt-get install libreoffice
> -- Fails due to Depends: python3-uno (>= 4.0~)
> sudo apt-get install python3-uno
> -- Fails due to: python3-uno : Depends: libpython3.4 (>= 3.4.2) but
> 3.4.0-2ubuntu1.1 is to be installed
So until we can get an updated version of libpython, Libreoffice won't
work on Ubuntu 14.04.
- Could we please get an updated version of libpython3.4 for Trustee?
