The problem it seems had two folds.

1. The ubuntu-html5-container package depends on  liboxideqt-qmlplugin and the 
ubuntu-sdk-libs depends on both. So apt freaks out and so the click chroot 
creation fails.

2. the pay service - so not oxide related - depends on perl-base what
does not install in the multiarch click chroot.
