Public bug reported:
On the updates tab there is a button "Restart & Install" button which
performs an offline update of the system (i.e. restarts and installs
updates outside of a session). Is this an appropriate option for Ubuntu?
Does it work? Should there be an "Update All" button instead that
updates everything inside the session? Or do we just leave this to
update-manager and just allow users to update individual apps from GNOME
Software?
