Public bug reported:
We think that the Featured Application and Editor's Picks are fixed.
These should be easily updateable by a designated team/teams.
An idea:
Add the picks in to a data file which can be pushed to by the community
team and the desktop team. This file should be easy and quick to update
so that the picks can be rotated regularly.
